Arrival procedure
We advise our visitors to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled treatments. If not we will have to reduce the treatment time. Upon arrival at the Sea Salt Spa please go directly to the reception area. The spa receptionist will confirm your appointment and give you a short explanation of your scheduled treatments. Then she will ask you to complete a questionnaire before you begin your treatments. For your comfort we provide personal lockers, robes, towels and slippers. For certain treatments we will provide you one use underwear. During your treatment please inform your therapist if you're feeling comfortable or not or if the pressure is too much or not. Our concern is your comfort and care.
Use of the facilities
Before using the swimming pool, you must have a shower. For hygienic purposes please don't use the swimming pool aſter treatment therapies because the residual essential oils which have been used for your therapies will remain in the water. For your safety, diving is not allowed. The Spa is not liable for accidents or injuries of the visitors during their stay at the facilities.
Cancellation - Change of booking
In case of cancellation or change of booking of your scheduled appointment please contact the reception at least 4 hours earlier, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service you have booked. Any changes to the time of the scheduled therapy appointment depends strictly on availability.
Age limit
The Sea Salt Spa is a space for adults and therefore we are not able to allow entrance to people under 16 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult.
Mobiles and Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the spa premises so we can ensure a calm atmosphere, please don't make noise and turn off your mobile phone.
Personal objects
For your safety and comfort we advise you to leave your precious objects in your room where there is a safe. The management is not liable for the loss of precious objects or money that you have forgotten at the spa.
